Summer Haiku

Delicious taffy

Corner of the worn boardwalk

Smooth chewy goodness.

Fun summer pastime

Crack of bat at plate and cheers

Baseball up and out.

Baked feet blistering

Bubbling shimmer on black top

Where are my flip flops?
